Amy Bishop's court appointed lawyer said that Amy did not remember shooting six people, Three fatally, in a faculty meeting one week ago. Amy may be smarter than we think as her defence is insane defence. Furthermore, the suspect's past might support the defence.
Now she is also a possible suspect in the attempted mail bombing of Paul Rosenber but she was never be charged and was presumed innocent in that case. And a research revealed that in 1986, Amy shot and killed her brother with a shotgun. The gun Bishop is accused of using in the shooting wasn't registered.
