KEB account reactivated

My KEB account was suspended due to  the inactivity over a year. I used this account for transaction between we and my old country shopping mall or service provider. So I rang the branch the day before yesterday and after some hiccups, they reactivated my account again this morning. The service was prompt and very effective unlike here in New Zealand. Despite of my fault, they did make it a go and I might miss this sort of speedy response that I regarded as normal.
