My most favourite food is a beef sashimi that is done by me as I have wee bit special way of making the dish. I usually use the good sirloin not like the Korean restaurant where they use low grade beef with some fat. I remove the fat and muscle and veins and other tough parts with a sharp knife and then slice it to thin slices. Sprinkle some salt and pepper then add some sesame oil and special soysauce which I have already made and aged in the fridge. Then add some crushed garlic and secret ingredient ( top secret). Mix the ingredients well with a spoon or a fork and it is ready to be served.
I do not use the raw eggs due to the salmonella bacteria and add some pear slices if they are available. This is my long term favourite food and now it would be inherited to my kid so I would give my recipe to him/her in someday.
