Centrifugal force

When my young friend asked me how the cream is made, I gave her full explanation in my mother tongue, but I was lost in translation when she had asked what is the relevant English words for some words. One of them is centrifugal force and the problem is I recapped it a year ago and thought I remember it perfectly. In addition, the opposition word is centripetal force.
