In 2007, the department of Internal Affairs had announced in April that daylight saving was being extended to 27 weeks. So daylight saving will start on the last Sunday in September and end on the first Sunday in April. However HTPC in the lounge that runs on Windows 7 that has the ability to automatically switch timezones and other PC those are on XP needed to be patched.

I believe there might be some bug on this patch and am not sure if there had been an updated version.
