It was when my friend asked me about Galelei and I thought only of astronomy, i.e. telescope and his advocacy of the Copernican system. I did not think of his contribution to physics.
I managed to revive my memory that Galileo was mainly concerned with physics and astronomy and he also concerned himself the creator of the subjects of dynamics. I felt like to do some more update on my knowledge about him and his works.
