I made the first transaction using the card yesterday and pretty much happy with the system. The most impressive one is the instant appearance of the details of transaction that is displayed as outstanding authorisations. Most of NZ banks do not have that system which is familiar and popular in my old country so I have been bit nervous on the fraud usage of the credit cards. Hence I managed to strain the card from overseas transaction as much as possible and sometimes it was quite hassle when I had been forced to give a miss to a fantastic deal.
But Kiwi bank just displays the authorisation so I can consult the transaction with the bank if there is something wrong with it. It would be good for ebay, Amazon or Trademe and paypal transactions and moreover the annual membership fee is waived for the first year and it would be $10 per year.
