Minimal Power Management

Just got back to the minimal power management as the stickiness that have annoyed me was not the cpu but the other cause. Hence I have restored my system to the 2 weeks earlier checkpoint and the system is flying now. Will back up the system with Ghost and Trueimage for the rainy day.
