Here in New Zealand (as well as in Aussie), Kiwis name the rib eye that is a beef steak from the beef rib as Scotch fillet. It is the most expensive steak in the market as it is more tender and well marbled than other cut of beef.
Went to New World and found the yummy Scotch is on the special ( massive 40% off!) so we bought good enough to indulge the flavour of the real meat. Fortunately, I am pretty good at cooking steaks so we had gorgeous lunch today and my friend who is definitely not a vegetarian is on good mood now. So far so good aye?
