I believe New Zealand Banks do not allow customers to use magnetic strip ATM card on their ATM machine so the scammers might not have any chance on forging the cards. Embedding an IC chip on the cards would be a excellent solution for this issue. Likewise OTP device, customers are in vulnerable position due to the current system
