Gabriel Method

That is the one where you eat a small breakfast then have a small snack at morning tea time, lunch is a smallish portion, afternoon tea is a small healthy snack and then a smallish dinner plate of food for your last meal of the day?
Possibly a little exercise thrown in as well as diet.
  
However it sounds like  to eat what you want and pray to the angels you don't get fat?
