I decided to use Gmail on my file server's Outlook as I have receiving pretty many mails via Gmail and I am happy with the Outlook environment.
The process very simple as just activating pop3 service and imap on Gmail's mail setting then input the user name and password on Outlook. No pop3 and smtp server setting were required.
Moreover all the mails were kept in Gmail's inbox so there is no need of back up the inbox at Outlook. Quite handy.
