I did not receive emails via MS Outlook since last night around 11pm. There pops a log in window in every five minutes and even I typed or pasted a correct password I could not log in to my account. I do not think my password is false as I can log in to the broadband usage check section that requires the same password and email address to verify the user.
As this sort of thing happened time to time I have waited until 7pm tonight and called the customer service for help. After trying to explain and persuade the staff, now I am waiting the staff from the second level technician.
I believe there is something wrong with Xtra mail server.
