The Missile Range Instrumentation Ship USS Observation Island( T-AGM 23) visited Yokohama yesterday. She departed North Dock of Yokohama on 10th January and made a short visit to Sasebo on 19th May, then returned to Yokohama yesterday.
It seems she was in Indian Ocean for operation.
