Labour leader Phil Goff said Capital Gains Tax could raise 4 billion dollars and it might give most New Zealanders a tax cut if elected in November.
However,once Goff is gone, this proposal might be
off the agenda as he doesn't worry about losing pretty many vote. I believe it's all to do with support for the Greens though.
