I shipped a courier bag that was addressed to go to Invercargill but has ended up
being delivered to an address in Duniden with the same street name. I
rang the postoffice to see what could be done.
I wish
the person who the parcel was delivered to happen to be honest and
return it to the Courierpost. Thankfully the recipient is being nice
and we are keeping each other up to date with what is happening. In worst case, this would be covered by the insurance so we are in peace of mind at the moment.
However it is tad annoying although the Courierpost might try and get it back to the recipient in the end.
