Crumbled Beef Schnitzel

This evening, I tried to cook it in the oven with slice of shaved ham on top of each piece with basil and garlic then covered with grated Colby cheese. Baked about 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
Used to cook in hot oil but I wanted less mucking around. 


Taste? It really was an elaborate food but tasted somewhat like shoe leather nevertheless topping was good though.
