I rang the Vodafone call centre as I had sent over 40 international txts and none of them could make it. It was a delight to know that Vodafone is running 24/7 New Zealand based call centre so I could have talk with a person who spoke with nice Kiwi accent. ( They used to charge the customer call but now it's free of charge)
God it's so nice to speak without irritation. Although they could not fix the issue, I could give Vodafone 9 out of 10 due to their customer friendly environment as I understand the cost of running domestic call centre, particularly during the nighttime. I might stick to Vodafone so far as they maintain to run NZ call centre.
