This morning, I needed to sort out the latency issue with Xtra but my call was sent off to Manila to be answered by a woman who spoke very little English. I was not much impressed at this because it was Saturday. She
was not be able to answer my questions and I came out more confused
than when I had started! She was kind and eager to help but her accent
was terrible and seemed never been here so could not recognise the
difference between here and there.
I will ring Xtra on Monday again when the staffs at Wellington office are in full force. Xtra's call centre was used to be in Auckland but it was moved to Manila a couple of years ago.
Their service was really good and wicked at the time.
