Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell

I thought that this was a very insightful, thought-provoking book about the unexpected factors that influence success. I particularly enjoyed the discussion about cultural legacy, the varying cultures of communication, and the differences between the engrained European/American "work ethic" as it relates to schooling, compared to the Asian one. I also found the linguistic differences in mathematics striking. I believe the book seems to drag a bit in sections, but overall, was an enjoyable read.
