No Ticket No Right

I felt sorry for the young children who witnessed this incident, any thing could have happened they looked very frightened .

I think it should have been left to the public police to deal with as they are paid for that and is legitimate too . The guy who threw him off could have made himself a target and he might not always be fortunate in a train full of people .

I'm sure if the ticket collector had called the police, the dodger would have not waited around too long. Of course I am sticking up for the cheapskate.
