This afternoon, I was almost put off a nice butter chicken by a couple at a nearby table who had a cat with them. The
lady stroked the cat in her lap, disbursing its fur all
over the table. I thought this was unhygienic, however, it got worse when their meal arrived. She put the cat on the
chair next to her and continually fed it bits of her lunch.
I think what they do at home might be their business, but it really was disgusting,
unsanitary and disrespectful to do this sort of behaviour in a restaurant where
other people have their meals too. I was also very surprised that the manager
didn't have anything to say about the couple.
