Playing Ground in Illusion

One of my friends lives opposite the fenced-off playground in a public park and it is getting beyond a joke. The playground building commenced in December 2011 and it includes a nice large wooden fort with a slide and cool climbing frame to come. However, it still hasn't been completed after nearly two years. They believe their kids will be at uni or in the workforce by the time it's open at this unchanged rate. Auckland Council said it would have the playground operational in early March though.
