Postal Service

I thought it was slightly mean of New Zealand Post to return a letter which had been sent on December 21st and returned to us on January 6rd. It was a normal envelope with Christmas cards from me to the someone I know. I believe the reason they want extra postage is that there's a mini candy cane in the envelope. But it certainly doesn't make the envelope fairly thick. Yeah right.
