Instant Java

I think instant coffee might be the best way to superbly save us time and effort in making morning fix as I do not think there is any reason to doubt this brilliant product being the first thing to be considered. If so, I would like to clearly indicate what's the difference between the instant and the regular coffee and what exactly is lost in the process that turns regular coffee into instant coffee if there is any. Health-wise, it turns out, not much. Flavor-wise, it's completely subjective .

I believe the stigma surrounding instant coffee is perpetuated by the simulacra based on the false perception despite the well known fact that instant coffee is made from the same beans we'll find in traditionally brewed coffee, roasted using the same method plus two additional steps. Not all brands use the exact same method, but most manufacturers firstly dissolve the roasted and ground beans in hot water to concentrate the coffee solution, and then dry that product out by either freeze-drying or spray-drying. That final step is what creates either those shiny crystal granules or modest powdery substance.

Basically, adding hot water to instant coffee just rehydrates the granules or powder. And voila, we've got a nice cup of coffee. But I would rather to select the powdery instant coffee due to the tint of sour taste in granule type products.
