Wrong Track

I read recently an article that the AA believed the zero tolerance road-speed policing policy was counter-productive. I would agree as I believe that there should be a focus on high-crash areas, but the number of police catching people doing 53km/h on low-crash city streets, especially on the Shore, proves they still have it wrong.
