International Mail Saga

I'd had a parcel sent to my old country went missing in 2014. NZ Post kept going round in circles with me in their investigation. The crux being, they'd only investigate via the same method we'd used to send the item concerned, internationally is a different method from domestic. So because we post an item, NZ Post will only investigate and try to verify the recipient's address via letter to the intended recipient. However in my case, none of the NZ Post letters they're sending were getting through either, although they'd only keep trying to send them letters.
