Press the Windows key and R, type Shell:sendto, and press Enter to open the Send To folder. In the right pane, right-click the shortcut associated with the item you want to remove and choose Delete > Yes. Adding an entry to your Send To menu is just as easy. Right-click in the right pane and select New then Shortcut
