Press “Window key” + “R” to open the Run dialog.
Type “services“, then select “OK“.
Double-click the “Printer Spooler” service,
then change the startup type to “stop or pause“.
Press “Window key” + “R” to open the Run dialog.
Type "spool“, then select “OK“.

Double-click the “Printers folder” and delete all the files
Restart the spooler at services section.
