The 3.5mm extension cable that I purchased for Sony 46" Bravia LCD TV had died of unknown reason. Although I own a digital FM transmitter and bluetooth headset, I prefer to use this traditional wired method due to the sound quality.
I lodged another order on ebay and waiting the arrival of the goods.
Ebay price is much cheaper than Trademe and the difference is the shipping time that is usually around a couple of weeks.
