Androis powered Vehicle Computer

I think Android is good for the vehicle pc and would be standard for its system. However it would be nice to have a screen just in front of driver or dual screen, one for driver and one for the centre location. As seen on YouTube, some charts on the centre screen and Navigation and other applications on driver's screen might be sweet.
