Impatiens

It’s spelled impatiens, but most people pronounce it impatience. However the name is derived from Latin and it should be pronounced as that way. Yeah right it sounds like more like French. The meaning is same as " impatient". Wiki's guide is /ɪmˈpeɪʃənz/ and I do not believe it's proper pronunciation. Japanese wiki adopts a tad bit better one : インパチェンス. Anyway I love this plant as they are easy to grow and have striking colours. I think Impatiens are the ultimate low-maintenance beauty on my yard.
