I have upgraded my Firefox and I was a tad bit embarrassed to know that status bar was removed in Firefox 4.0. While some of the status bar items did find new homes, I do not like where they ended up.
Actually I use a Sony 32" Bravia as my main monitor so I prefer there is a status bar and although there is an option called " add on bar" but I chose to install an add on called "Status-4-Evar" to bring back a familiar environment.
Now I have a real status bar and happy with it.
