I am currently running my trading PC at its full performance, it means without applying Cool and Quiet technology. During the summer time or warm days, the temperature of the board rises over 45 degrees and I have to apply the technology for the cool running and less noise.
However it is under 20 degrees in the room and PC is running around 28 degrees at reduced performance so I have chosen not to apply the option. It is around 34 degrees and the noise is not too much due to the fan size and fan speed controller.
I might keep this settings until the next Summer.
