I came across with this site while surfing and it is a nice place to obtain Japanese stuffs. However one problem is that the things that is downloaded from here is usually encoded with Japanese so it might not be decoded properly unless I change the non English code as Japanese. Hence I allocated another computer with dual screens to do this job and it works beautifully.
However this site does not seem legitimate so I am not sure how long the site exists.
