Four-year-old girl driving in China

I am just wondering what's really inappropriate for pre-school daughter?

Dressing her as the prostitute out of Pretty Woman or padding her out with prosthetic boobs and bum to play Dolly Parton.

But I believe  it's mostly inappropriate to let her drive a car down a busy road, while you film it.
