Effort for Current Market Value

A couple of weeks ago, my neighbour had put a fridge out on the berm with a 'free' sign and it stayed there for three days. He took it back in for a few days then put it back on the berm with a sign showing '$25' and a phone number. It was stolen within 30 minutes. It's all about the marketing. Yeah right.
