While being stuck in bed for a day with a pain in the injection area and tiredness, I believe it's a sign that the vaccine is properly doing its job to trigger an immune response from my body.
Although Iwas a bit tempting to take painkillers, i.e. paracetamol which blocks some side effects after the first jab but gave a miss to it this time as I don't think there is a very reliable way of reducing these particular side effects.
Moreover we can safely assume that the painkillers may manage the symptoms but also might dampen the immune response itself.
