Ivy in the water

I've got nice ivy branches from my acquaintance and am happy as I always wanted to grow a creeper on my balcony. Actually I have a nice small variegated ivy that grows on a big white bowl beside my desk and it really is a beauty and very healthy.


I've put them into a pint glass with water and some mineral that might help its rooting. I am also considering to buy Clonex from Yates as it might increase the success rate. Anyway fingers crossed.
